Job Description: NavAide is seeking candidates at all levels to support an SAP modernization project with a US Navy client. The successful candidates will provide functional, technical, and analytical support across various SAP modules and scenarios, specifically focusing on SAP Defense & Security (D&S) solution overlay and integration.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition.
- Offer configuration, data migration, interface, and functional support as necessary.
- Develop and maintain systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases.
- Prepare and conduct briefings, demos, or training sessions as needed.
- Experience with configuration and maintenance of Force Structure, including design and development of Force Element hierarchy and associated relationships.
- Experience with integrating D&S solution with logistics/supply (MM/SCM), Finance (FI), Funds Management (FM), Controlling (CO), and other SAP modules/processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- 5-10+ years of experience with SAP implementation projects within large organizations or government agencies.
- Experience with SAP S/4 modules such as FI, CO, FM, PS, SD, MM, and others.
- Experience with SAP Defense & Security (D&S) solution overlay and integration with standard public sector private cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with Department of Navy (DON) and Navy processes and policies is highly preferred.
- Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance.
Travel: Approximately 25% travel may be required.
