Navaide Summer 2025 Internship Cohort
Are you a curious builder, a mission-minded techie, or a creative problem solver ready to make an impact? Navaide is seeking sharp, proactive interns who want to work on meaningful challenges that improve how the federal government operates—from defense systems to public-sector operations.
You might be a fit if:
- You’re pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- You enjoy hands-on work with tools like Python, SQL, R, Power Platform, Appian, UiPath, or Databricks
- You have experience or interest in user-centered design, wireframing, prototyping, or front-end UX/UI development
- You thrive in fast-paced, Agile teams and take initiative without waiting to be told
- Eligible for a US government security clearance
Program Overview:
Throughout the 10-week program, interns will receive coaching from experienced leaders while gaining real-world consulting experience in a mission-driven environment. You’ll apply consulting fundamentals to real business or mission challenges, working alongside Navaide’s Solutions Team in our Innovation Lab. Interns will design and build AI tools, automations, dashboards, or low-code applications with a focus on intuitive user experience, all while participating in Agile sprints and getting hands-on exposure to enterprise use cases. By the end of the summer, you’ll present your work to Navaide’s executive team at our Demo Day showcase—and walk away with the skills, portfolio, and confidence to take your career to the next level.
Duration: June 3 – August 8, 2025 (10-weeks), 40 hours per week
Location: Navaide offices in Arlington, VA with some opportunity for telework
